To convert your ECF graded to FIDE ELO, use the following conversion 7.5*ECF+700 = FIDE
Each player will have 60 minutes plus a 30 second increment per move from move 1.

It is a modern conference venue and is less than 10 minutes from the M6 Exit 28.
The IT facilities allow us to use live boards that will be broadcast on the website.
Pairings and up to date results will be displayed on the on the TV monitors in the playing hall
Light refreshments are available and there is free car parking.
Free public Wi-Fi is available.
Exit the motorway at junction 28, turn left (from north or south) towards Leyland. Go straight across at the double roundabout onto King Street. Pass the Commercial Vehicle Museum on your left and then you come to a set of traffic lights. Turn left at the lights. Continue along Towngate, through the traffic lights and follow the road right into Lancastergate. At the end of the road, turn left and first right onto West Paddock. The Civic Centre is on your right, go past the Civic Centre to enter the car park at the rear of the building.
Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be available during the day.
The November FIDE rating will be used to determine a player's rating. The current ECF grading List will be used to determine a player’s grade. For players who do not appear in the standard play list, other lists may be used at the discretion of the organisers. Ungraded players must provide evidence for the organisers to assess their playing strength and any previous known grade must be declared.
Rating/Grading Information – It is a condition of entry that players agree to their grading information being published on the ECF website and the FIDE website.
The organisers reserve the right to redistribute in whole or in part
any prize won by a competitor who has won or shared a prize.
30 minutes after the start of each round, new pairings may be made for each player whose opponent has not arrived and for any player otherwise having a full-point bye. Absent players will be defaulted after 30 minutes.
