We will also have a member of the FIDE Fair Play Commission overseeing our Anti Cheating measures.
We will also run a short rapidplay on Saturday evening, this is free and is only open to those who are playing in the main tournament, please enter the event on the Saturday. If you are unfamiliar with Lichess.org and/or Chess-Results.com, this is an ideal opportunity to gain some experience before the main event.

Eligibility - We are restricting entries to those who have previously entered a Leyland Rapidplay or Standard Play event. We only accept entries from people where we can match an email on our database or have people who have a link with Leyland, this forms part of our Anti Cheating policy.Please read the Conditions of Entry below. Anti Cheating Measures
Real Names and Lichess user ID's will be on public display.Players must have a valid lichess account, players with a closed account will not be allowed continue in the tournament.

Entry
The entry fee is £4, the Saturday evening Rapidplay if free to enter on the day. Please use the on-line entry page to add your entry, then use the Pay button. Entries will automatically be entered onto the Entries page when your payment has been accepted.
Sections
Our aim to to run two or three sections depending on entries, these will either be Swiss or All-Play-All events. We will aim for 6 rounds, but may vary to suite the entry level.We will also run a short rapidplay on Saturday evening, this is free and is only open to those who are playing in the main tournament, please enter the event on the Saturday. Ratings and Pairings
We will use Swiss Manager for pairings. Pairings and results will be available on Chess-Results.com, If you are unfamiliar with Chess-Results.com, please use the rapidplay to gain some experience before the main event.
Rate of Play
Each player will have 45 minutes plus a 15 second increment per move from move 1Time Table
We aim to play the Rapidplay on Saturday evening if you wish to participate in it. We aim to run the Main Standard event in the mornings and afternoons of Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday, with a short break for lunch each day.Rapidplay | Saturday 29 August - 19:00 to 22:00* |

Conditions of Entry
The organisers reserve the right to:- Enforce the platform's anti-cheating rules
- Eject people from the tournament
- Players must have a lichess.org account
- Transfer entrants between events
- Split or merge events depending on numbers
- Take any other measures deemed necessary to ensure the smooth running of the event
